| Those of you left with a feeling of isolation in your manifestation process, no longer need to experience this emotion. There is an energy that is stronger than your fear, your frustration, and your desperation in regard to physically manifesting your desires. This energy is "The Co-Creation Process." When you are co-creating with all of the energies of the universe, you will begin to feel lighter, and a sense of strength will encompass your life. The energy of co-creation is timeless and you will learn to step into this realm with practice and very little effort. The energy is available to all who believe in full-spectrum integration of all aspects of human potential, coupled by a partnership with God. There is never a time that you must split off from your spiritual selves and become fully physical. Bringing in the spiritual aspect of yourselves into your physical, mental, and emotional lives drives human potential to its greatest level of awareness. A level of strength, power, and joy prevail. The energy of Co-Creation can be experienced by:
If all of these are happening simultaneously, you are in the pure, intentional energy of Co-Creation. First, you must establish a connection with the Source energy of the universe. Some of you relate to this energy as God. Some of you simply relate to the Source as the energy of the higher realms, or higher power. There are many ways to connect with this Source. One way is to sit in quiet meditation and simply ask for the connection. As you breath, take deep breaths imagining that you are breathing in the power of the universe with each breath. Second, you must know that there is an energy field that moves in, around, and through you called the Chi Life Force. This energy is operating at optimum frequencies when there are no obstructions to this energy. Exercises in movement, such as Tai Chi, help a person to come in contact with their own personal energy. This can also be accomplished through breath, by asking for connection, then asking for flow, breathing and allowing this energy to flow in, around, and through your body. Do not worry about whether you are connected to the Source, or if your Chi is flowing, just know that through your asking and your intent, you have been activated. Third, you must utilize your non-physical assistance teams. What this means is that you must believe that there are Angelic and Master guide energies, that are for your highest good, that are available to you. This energy does not intervene in your lives unless you ask for it. Whatever your request, there is a specific energetic team that is expert in dealing with your desire. We suggest that you thank the Angelic or Guide team first for answering your request, then imagine that you have handed over your desire to the experts. Know that your desire has been launched into the realm of creation. Fourth, become conscious of your present. Now that you have connected with the Source, your energy is moving, and you have given your requests to the experts, you can relax and have fun in your present. This is the stage where your creation gains strength and your emotional body becomes activated. If you are in a care-free emotion, or high vibration of joy, you are matching the energy that is in alignment with creation. It helps to begin to pay attention to your surroundings, experiencing the small joys, and taking as many opportunities as possible to be present in your life. Why is so important to be present? The main reason, is that you lower your vibration by worrying or focusing on the past and future. When your vibration is lowered, you are essentially sending a message that you don't trust yourself, your team, the Source, or the creation process at all. This often leads to one moving into a struggle mode of much effort and frustration, trying to create using only physical and intellectual ways that are disconnected from your spiritual body. It is possible for you to create this way, but it takes much longer, and it is not always a joyous experience. If you are taking conscious measures to stay in your present, you will automatically begin to make it more comfortable for yourself. The only reason many of you are unhappy and uncomfortable is because you are unconscious of the life you are creating for yourself. When you are empowered with the truth, that you are the one calling the shots in your life, you can begin to consider co-creating with all of the energies available to you. To be fully integrated human beings, you must become conscious of your Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, and Mental needs. You must begin to feed all aspects equally to become balanced and whole. Many of you only work on one aspect at a time, either physical or intellectual. But when you bring in all of yourself, and all of creation into your realm of existence, Great and Wonderful things can begin to manifest in your reality. The time to experience the vast expansion of your Being is now. Begin to utilize all of you, all of the energies waiting to assist you, and all of the positive experiences in your Now. You can not create in the past, and you can not create in the future. You have to be present to create. It is the action of showing up for life, living it, choosing to be you, and manifesting your desires by co-creating with the vast energies of the universe. |
