Here is a wonderful daily affirmation for connecting to your higher self that I created. Have a blessed month and may your journey be full of illumination!

Take a deep breath in, hold for a moment and exhale fully. Do this 3 times in a row.

Say the following while visualizing the words as you express them:

I am love. I am divine. I am connected to my greater knowing.

I see divine light pouring through me from the top of my head all the way to my feet. This white light surrounds and enfolds me. It keeps me safe and is comfortable to me as I breathe in unconditional love.

I see my higher self guiding me through the journey of my life. I open my heart to receive all wisdom and connect consciously to my true self now. I see this connection open fully and completely as I go through my day.

I visualize and see all of my chakra energy centers completely functional and open them to receive energy fully from all of creation. I send my own energy to those chakra centers that are not moving as freely as they should be and have been blocked in the past by negative energies.

I visualize and see all of my endocrine energy centers completely functional and open to radiate my spiritual light into all of creation. I send my own energy to those endocrine centers that are not radiating as freely as they should be and have been blocked in the past by negative energies.

I consciously remain open to give this light to everyone in my life after giving it to myself.

I am love. I am divine. I am connected to my greater knowing.

Try this for at least 7 days in a row and see what happens!!
